I have lived in Grand Strand area for over 30 years, I'm extremely knowledgeable about the areas of Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Murrells Inlet, Litchfield Beach, Pawleys Island, North Myrtle Beach, Little River, and Conway.

I am originally from Marion, South Carolina. My family moved to the Grand Strand in 1984. I attended Coastal Carolina College, Horry Georgetown Technical College and the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. I married my childhood sweetheart, Cathy. We have been married for the past 25 years and we have one child, Grace. I served the Myrtle Beach Police Department for 25 years until my retirement in 2015. I have owned and operated my landscaping company Tanner's Property Maintenance for 14 years. Now all my energy is focused on serving the real estate needs of my clients, with the highest-level customer service.
